These desktop pictures, also known as wallpapers in Windowspeak, are released under Creative Commons licence. They come in a variety of sizes from 640 x 480 pixels all the way to 1600 x 1200 pixels and everything in between. Each desktop picture is saved as a JPG file with image quality set to maximum. Selected wallpapers are saved as a Photoshop file with each element (usually the background and the spacebloom itself) placed on its own layer. Use these files to customize the wallpaper to your liking.
